The latest CQC report recognises the hospital’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality care across all services, highlighting the compassion, professionalism and dedication demonstrated by staff. Inspectors praised the hospital for its strong patient-focused approach, particularly noting the exceptional standard of care provided within surgical services.

Patient feedback played a significant role in the assessment, with the report emphasising overwhelmingly positive experiences. Patients consistently described feeling safe, well-informed and treated with dignity and kindness throughout their care journey.
