Exeter Street Food Christmas Market is open

Exeter Street Food 2014 Christmas Market is now open and serving a delicious and tantalising wide variety of savory and sweet Street Food in the heart of Exeter from the Guildhall Shopping Centre every day until 23 December for the all the foodies out there to try.

The food lineup literally offering something for everyone from a South American BBQ stand serving ribs and meat rolls/salad boxes served with a Salsa Verde, Piping Hot Vegetarian Chili, Authentic Crêpes & galettes, churros, Kenniford Farm Hog Roasts, American Philli Steak Sandwiches and pulled pork, Heavenly Persian Chicken, “The Best Burger I Ever Had” & So much more…

This year also offers lots for the with a Santa’s Grotto, Snow Machine and lots of sweet treats including Authentic Crêpes & galettes, churros but if you want to sneak in some veg without them noticing there is always the ‘Root Brownies’ by Two Coast County. Hannah Partridge owner of the stand explains “They are deliciously moreish vegetable brownies, simply sweetened with Westcountry Honey from Devon bees, also good for adults too!”

You can also enjoy a tipple with your food from the Exe-Valley Pop-up Pub and at lots of the designated food stands.

The pop-up pub this year has flooring and heating making this an extra cosy environment to soak up the Christmas atmosphere! You can enjoy Real Ales, Mulled Cyder, Prosecco (Stands), Mulled Wine, (Stands) with all on offer this you can definitely get into the spirit of things!

Food is served all day everyday and can be eaten there (lots of sheltered seating and pop-up pub area) or taken away (lunch or dinner). Remember they can provide a written receipt if it’s a Business/Christmas lunch!
