Exeter Agency Optix Solutions Recognised in Campaign's Best Places to Work 2021

Optix Solutions has been recognised by Campaign as one of the top marketing agencies to work for in the UK.

The survey and award programme, created by Campaign and Best Companies Group, was designed to identify and honour the best places of employment in marketing, advertising and media in the UK. Optix was ranked at number 59 in the list of the top 90 agencies and the top agency from Devon.

Organisations from across the UK entered the two-part survey process to determine Campaign’s Best Places to Work. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organisations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.

To be recognised as a great place to work based on the feedback of our team, and as a top agency based on feedback from our clients means a lot to us. We've worked hard as a team to support each other and to support our clients which has been particularly important over the last year. It's great to take the time to reflect on this and to appreciate what we have achieved together."
