Exeter residents can join the Lord Mayor for a cream tea at the Guildhall to celebrate The Queen’s 90th birthday.

The event takes place on Sunday (12 June) - the day after the Queen's official birthday - from 11am until 4pm and will be hosted by the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Cllr Cynthia Thompson and her Deputy, Cllr Peter Holland.

"It gives me great pleasure to wish Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth a very happy birthday for 11th June," said the Lord Mayor, Cllr Cynthia Thompson.

Whilst there will be no entry charge for the refreshments, those attending will be asked to make a donation to the Lord Mayor’s charity – the Devon Freewheelers.
