Bartering introduced at Travis Perkins

Timber and builders merchant Travis Perkins is launching a two week clearance event, giving builders the chance to negotiate the best possible price on a range of top-quality products.

Held from 11th to 22nd August 2014, the event will not only feature super savings on essentials such as power tools and work wear but can also enjoy talking to staff who’ve agreed that “no reasonable offer will be refused”.

Being held across all Travis Perkins branches, the event provides the chance to purchase top quality products at a clearance rate. A dedicated leaflet will make it easy for customers to identify discounted items whilst tagged items in branch will indicate the opportunity to make an offer and really grab a bargain.

Wynne Phillips, Operations Director for the West of England at Travis Perkins, said: “This is the first time we have offered the chance for customers to name their price on products – we’re hoping this will be a great opportunity to also get to know our customers better and hopefully give some new faces the chance to see the type of service and products we offer on a daily basis. We’re looking forward to welcoming and bartering with bargain hunters from across the region!”

Each branch will offer a different selection of products at clearance prices and feature leading brands such as Marshalls, DeWalt, Makita, Scruffs, Dulux, and Bosch. Offer ends 22nd August - so call in to grab a great bargain now.
