The Eastern Locality of Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is looking forward to seeing members of the public at its Board meeting on Wednesday 14 August 2013.

Dr Richard Mejzner, a GP from Budleigh Salterton and vice chair of the Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh area of the CCG’s Eastern Locality, said he hoped people would come along to the Board meeting to find out about healthcare in their area and how they can get involved.

The Eastern Locality covers Exeter, Mid Devon, East Devon, and as far west as Okehampton and Moretonhampstead (but excluding Ashburton and Bovey Tracey).

The Eastern Locality will hold its next Board meeting at Lympstone Village Hall, School Hall, Lympstone, Exmouth, EX8 5JY on Wednesday 14 August 2013, from 3pm – 5:30pm.

The public are welcome to attend the board meeting. Please contact hannah.tapp@nhs.net or 01392 356 097 to book your place (there is no charge for this but space may be limited).

Questions will be taken in advance from the public if relevant to the published agenda; please send questions at least three working days prior to the meeting to d-ccg.easternlocality@nhs.net

Questions arising during or after the meeting can be emailed to the same address and will be responded to within seven days of the meeting.

There are many ways people can get involved in healthcare and they are encouraged to visit the CCG website at www.newdevonccg.nhs.uk to find out more.
