Revolution on the streets of Exeter

A Revolution is coming to Exeter! The national bar operator famed for its expansive range of flavoured vodkas, quality cocktail serves, award-winning food and bottomless brunch, is set to open the doors to a brand new site in the city later this month.

The three-storey, Grade II-listed, 720 capacity venue is situated on Queen Street – a prime, central location linking the High Street with both the Central and St David’s train stations, as well as the main university campus.

Following an initial £2m investment, the site is expected to create more than 70 jobs for the local economy, providing a significant boost ahead of the summer months and the return of the student population to university life in September.

The new opening complements Revolution’s existing presence in Devon, where it has venues in Plymouth and Torquay, and has been re-vamped in line with Revolution’s premium aesthetic, with three bar areas, including a cocktail masterclass bar, dancefloor and booth seating.

Guests at the new Exeter site will be able to access Revolution’s signature range of 50 vodkas, including its selection of more than 18 Revolution flavours, as well as its quality cocktail serves, award-winning food offering, and unrivalled all-day (and night!) entertainment.

In the run up to the big opening party night, the venue is putting prizes up for grabs, including VIP tables for the launch event itself and brunches for groups of friends and family. To enter, guests must download the Revs app on their smartphone and register Exeter as their favourite bar. Winners will then be selected at random.

Lili Venning, General Manager of the new Revolution Exeter site, said: “We’re so excited to be coming to Exeter and can’t wait to throw open the doors and welcome in guests to our brand new venue. We’ve got all your favourite Revolution cocktails and vodkas on offer, a menu of award-winning, flavoursome food and some great events and parties in the pipeline.”
