Tilia Homes announces three-year partnership with Royal Devon Hospitals Charity
Tilia Homes has announced a new three-year partnership with Royal Devon Hospitals Charity, reinforcing its commitment to supporting communities across Devon.
Royal Devon Hospitals Charity supports two acute hospitals, 17 community hospitals and a range of community, specialist and primary care services across north, mid and east Devon. The charity raises money to enhance hospital care beyond what’s possible with NHS funding. Through the partnership, Tilia Homes will work alongside the charity to support fundraising initiatives, raise awareness of its work and help strengthen connections within local communities.
As part of the collaboration, Tilia Homes will be gold sponsor for the charity’s Topless Swim 2026, held later this year. The longer-term relationship will focus on projects supporting the improvements to patient and family spaces, garden areas and wellbeing facilities.
Ross Faragher, Regional Managing Director for untypical's Western Region, said: "At Tilia Homes, we believe in making a positive contribution to the communities where we operate. Royal Devon Hospitals Charity plays a vital role in supporting patients, families and NHS teams across the county, and we're proud to be partnering with them over the next three years. We look forward to helping raise awareness of the charity's work and supporting the valuable projects and initiatives it delivers."
The partnership begins with the charity’s Topless Swim fundraiser, which takes place at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe on Sunday 29th November. The ladies-only event raises both funds and awareness for local NHS cancer services and breast cancer awareness, with participants encouraged to fundraise in support of the charity's work.
Kate Constable, Community Fundraiser for Royal Devon Hospitals Charity, said: "We're delighted to welcome Tilia Homes as a Gold Sponsor and partner of the Royal Devon Hospitals Charity Topless Swim. Support like this helps us continue funding projects and services that make a real difference to patients, staff and communities across Devon. We look forward to working together and achieving great things over the coming years."
The partnership reflects Tilia Homes’ wider commitment to building thriving, sustainable communities across Devon, where the company is currently delivering new homes at Brook Manor in Alphington, Exeter, Maplewood Grange in Redhills, Exeter, and Cashmere Park in South Molton. Each of these developments provides a range of high-quality homes designed for modern living, alongside public open spaces and local amenities to help residents settle in and thrive.
Tilia Homes also offers a dedicated Key Worker incentive scheme, providing financial support to NHS employees and other essential workers looking to purchase a new home.
