Christmas has arrived early at Mecca Exeter which has seen its colleagues and customers collecting presents to provide some festive cheer for Force Cancer Charity, a local charity which works to support cancer sufferers in the area, including the funding of treatment and research.

The club has been working during the festive period to encourage its team members and loyal customers to donate gifts. However, the team at Mecca Exeter would like to provide even more presents for the charity and are reaching out to the community for any donations they can make.

In particular, the club is looking to donate gifts, games and Christmas food suitable for people of all ages.

General manager at Mecca Exeter, Nigel Green, said: “Christmas is all about sharing which is why we felt it was important to do our bit and help out a great local charity like Force Cancer Charity, which does so much good work in the community.

"Our team members and colleagues have already been extremely generous; however, we’d like to do even more and would greatly appreciate any present that could be dropped in for us to pass on.”

Those wishing to make a donation can do so by visiting Mecca Exeter, which is located on North Street.
