Businesses celebrate summer in style

Exeter Chamber is celebrating the summer in style with its annual business celebration taking place at Exeter Castle on Friday 10th June from 7pm - Midnight.

The annual business event, once celebrated at the end of the year, has been taken in an exciting and new direction for 2022. For the first time, the event will take place in the summer at Exeter Castle.

Exeter Chamber invites all members of the business community to join them at the city’s newest celebratory event for business. With its new look and feel, it’s the perfect event to host clients, suppliers or simply a good night out with team members. Ticket holders can expect an evening of delicious street food from local vendors Big Bear Burgers, Soul Pizza Truck, and Feast17, arrival drinks from the brilliant Barnova and a host of bars serving drinks throughout the evening. A festival wouldn’t be a festival without live music - local bands Yonder Folk, Phil Smyth Music and Electric Spank are lined up to get the crowd on their feet and dancing.

Clodagh Murphy, chair of the Chamber comments on the new event: “The traditional Exeter Business Dinner has long been recognised as the most prestigious event in the business calendar, but as a Chamber we feel now it is the right time to take the annual celebration in a different direction. A festival style event with live music and delicious food from some artisan producers offers a chance for the business community to let their hair down and enjoy a long overdue celebration. We hope the Summer Bash is the first of many of these type of events from the Chamber.”

Early bird tickets are now on sale for just £50 each until the 1st May, and £75 thereafter. Group tickets are also available at an early price of £450 (group of 10). All tickets include arrival drinks, mains, and desserts from the street food vendors as well as entry and an evening of entertainment. The Chamber Summer Bash is set to be an extremely popular event and early bird tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. All tickets are available to purchase via the Chamber website.
