They've pioneered Sunday opening and aerial drone videos, now award-wining Devon estate agency Helmores will be locking up late twice a week.

A trial was carried out during the summer which proved so successful that it has been extended.

Announcing the late opening initiative, Phil Morgan, co-owner and partner of Helmores said: "People are leading increasingly busy lives with all manner of obligations. Therefore, we want to continue to make the house buying process as stress free and easy as possible for all concerned.

"Many of the retail outlets within Exeter’s Princesshay Shopping Centre operate extended opening hours, especially on a Thursday. Therefore, we thought that it was just about time that we follow suit. It might be a purchase on a different scale that people are after, but it is still a purchase all the same."

Phil is actively involved with the late night openings (until 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and is personally available to meet customers to discuss properties and answer their questions.

Helmores was honoured with the Best Single Estate Agency Award by The Sunday Times last year.
