‘A special place to live’: Exeter development labelled huge success after all homes sold

A housebuilder is celebrating after all 265 homes in its Exeter development have sold.

Redrow South West’s Saxon Brook, on Blackmore Drive, launched in 2017 and has seen a new thriving community build over the past few years.

During its development, the housebuilder invested £1.9 million into the local community as part of the planning agreement to enhance the area, supporting improvements to transport, education and amenities.
