A major Exeter-based developer is working towards bringing new homes to the city.

Persimmon Homes South West secured outline planning consent for up to 50 high-quality homes, 35% of which will be designated for a local housing association, in line with Exeter City Council policy, on land adjacent to Blakeslee Drive in Newcourt.
