Revealed: Exeter is one of the best locations to own an Airbnb
With a rise in the number of staycation holiday-makers, Airbnb is once again becoming a reliable source of income for many in the UK.
With this in mind, Crafted Beds have conducted a study to determine which UK locations will increase the value of an Airbnb listing per night.
The study by Crafted Beds found that Exeter was 4th on the list, with Newcastle taking the top spot for the most profitable location to own an Airbnb, earning £122 per night. They were closely followed by Leeds and York, whilst Edinburgh is charging the least at an average of £64.40 per night.
