New ownership of The Haven Spa Exeter

‘The Haven Spa’ located in Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter, has been acquired by new owners.

Zoe Davies Haven Spa Director said: “We are thrilled and delighted with the new acquisition; it’s an amazing opportunity to invest in the only independent day spa in the City.  Each member of staff is highly qualified in their area of expertise offering an exceptional and very personal customer service; and they contribute to the success of the business.”

The Haven boasts eight treatment rooms, including two doubles, a manicure and nail bar as well as a dedicated studio for groups or individuals to enjoy make-overs and to gain tools, tips and techniques on how to apply flawless make-up.  A complete thermal suite comprising jacuzzi, sauna, aroma-room, bucket shower, rain-dance shower, heated lounger and foot-spas alongside its relaxation room.”

Zoe adds: “The Haven is a luxurious spa offering a feeling of peace and calm whilst conveniently located in the heart of a busy shopping centre.  It’s beautifully fitted out with all the latest design and we are very excited about the future.  We have some innovative ideas being developed going forward, including spa membership; client loyalty schemes and new technology being introduced over the next few months – so watch this space!”
