Why come along?
Your local Commissioning Authorities in NEW (North, East and West) Devon has commissioned self management uk to support people with long-term health conditions.
Ian Silver, Chief Executive at self management uk says “The Community Health events are a great opportunity for local people to meet health and volunteer organisations who can support them in the community. The events are also an excellent place for people to meet others in similar situations with health conditions.”
Who will you meet?
There will be lots of local groups who you can talk with about the support they can give you, including Westbanks, Living Well Taking Control, UnLtd, Healthwatch Exeter, One Small Step, Diabetes UK, Home Instead Senior Care, The British Legion, Moving Together Devon Ltd, The Sewing Rooms, Exeter Community Energy, Devon Carers.
