Everyone wants that natural-looking glow on clear skin, but how do you manage it? While there isn’t one single ingredient that’ll instantly change your face, a combination of healthy habits will help you achieve healthy and youthful skin.

1. The Right Moisturiser

You need a great moisturizer for both your face and body, so look around for ones with healthy ingredients to give you an all-day glow. There are plenty of great creams for healthy skin, including CBD Products, which help fight signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles.

2. Sun Protection

The number one skincare tip given by professionals is to use SPF every single day. At the end of your morning skincare routine, make sure you slap on plenty of facial sun cream to protect your skin from the sun’s rays – yes, even on cloudy days!

3. Lots of Water

Hydrated skin starts from the inside, so drink plenty of water every day. The general agreed healthy amount is around two liters, so purchase a water bottle to achieve your goal of drinking enough H2O. It might seem like a lot, but if you sip on your water little and often, you’ll soon be drinking more than enough, and your skin will surely thank you.

4. Face Masks

Face masks give your skin a healthy drink of moisture, so use them once or twice a week to reap the benefits. There are a couple of different kinds, including sheet masks and even home-made masks, so go with the one that makes your skin feel softest.

5. Healthy Eating

What you eat shows on your skin, which means it’s important to consume the right vitamins, minerals, and nutrients every day. Some of the best foods for healthy skin include berries, seeds, and fish.

You should also cut down on alcohol, as it dehydrates your skin and leaves it looking dry and blotchy, which is the opposite of what you want!

6. Wash with Lukewarm Water

Hot water is far too harsh for your skin and will only dry it out, so avoid cleansing your face in the shower. Instead, fill your sink with lukewarm water and gently splash your face morning and night.

7. Pat the Face Dry

Rubbing your face is another no-no when it comes to healthy skin. Instead, once you’ve washed your face, use a towel or facecloth to gently pat your face dry. The less friction, the better.

8. Exfoliate Once or Twice a Week

Exfoliating gets rid of all the dead skin cells, giving you that rejuvenated, glowing appearance, so fit it into your skincare routine once or twice a week. Don’t overdo it, though, as you could end up stripping away too many oils, leaving your skin irritated and dry.

9. Change Your Pillows Often

If you find you are breaking out often, your pillow could be at fault. To combat this, change your pillowcases more often so that your face lies on a clean surface each night.

Getting into healthy habits will help your skin glow like it never has before, making you look and feel younger than ever!
