Cornish Bakery, the independent, founder-driven company first started in Mevagissey, Cornwall, is now open in the Cathedral city of Exeter. The beautiful, design-led new bakery opened in style on Monday 17th November 2025. The company already successfully operates bakeries nearby in Sidmouth, Totnes and Taunton.

Exeter’s dedicated local food shop is celebrating its third birthday and plans to record this occasion by creating a wall of photographs of people with their favourite food or drink item. Byron to open in Exeter's Princesshay

Byron is set to open its newest restaurant in Exeter’s Princesshay. The group of hamburger restaurants has a number of outlets across the UK, mainly in London, as well as a number of other cities including Manchester and Oxford.
