Free cuppas to celebrate National Tea Day

Brits drink 36 billion cups of tea every year* with at least one cup of tea enjoyed daily by 79 percent of brits, and almost 50 percent admitting to loving sipping on multiple cuppas every day, according to new research by tea mixologists Bird & Blend Tea Co.

Traditional Devonshire cheesemakers, Quicke’s, have been inundated with awards at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show.

Both Quicke’s Vintage Cheddar and Oak Smoked Cheddar came first in class, Mature Cheddar came second in class, and their Goats’ Milk Cheese came third. The Met Office should be forecasting for sunny times ahead as Turtle Bay Caribbean restaurant and bar prepares to roll into its first city in Devon! It’s all about rum, reggae and jerk this summer!

Turtle Bay is set to open its doors to Exeter on the 23rd August, bringing a new, vibrant and delicious Caribbean dining and drinking experience to the city.

The 215 seat, £800K, 4015 sqft Exeter restaurant will be located in Guildhall Shopping and Dining Centre.
