‘Logan’ sees Hugh Jackman reprising his role as the ever popular Wolverine, however this time his story takes a more gritty turn.

An old and worn out Logan lives in a dystopian future nursing a weakened Professor X, when the arrival of a child similar to himself forces him to come out of hiding.

Selected students spanning all age ranges and from the different dance genres of DanSci Dance Studio had the opportunity to learn from the sensational, multi-award winning James Wilton Dance today.

Chart-topping eighties band Fine Young Cannibals will complete the star-studded line-up of acts performing at this year’s Sounds of the Summer festival at Newton Abbot Racecourse.

Exeter Scouts and Guides will be “Riding along on the crest of a wave” again this Easter, as Exeter Gang Show returns to the Barnfield Theatre, Exeter from the 5th to the 8th April 2017.

Now in its 33rd year, the show will be packed full of popular songs, expert choreography and laugh out load sketches, and has everything to keep audience members of any age entertained.

The cast of almost 70 Cubs, Brownies, Scouts, Guides, Explorer Scouts, Rangers and Leaders aged nine and over have been rehearsing intensively since the beginning of the year.

A community fun day will be held in Cranbrook on Saturday 11 March.

Abandoned Quay warehouses could be transformed into pop-up venue

New developments have just been announced for The Bike Shed Theatre’s plans to create a new venue in Exeter’s historic Quayside.

For sixteen weeks this summer a new lease of life could be given to the historic Maclaines Warehouses on Exeter’s Quay. Most recently occupied by the Maritime Museum, the Grade II listed site has been empty for over eighteen years.
