Gambling laws around the world

Gambling laws may be weird and complicated. While most jurisdictions in the world regulate this activity in one way or another, some countries banned gambling altogether. These guys just don’t know what they’re missing out on.

Other countries just don’t give a damn (in a good way), and gambling is legal both online and offline. They still require some sort of license to be obtained, but that’s totally understandable.

Finally, there are the strange countries out there who have seemingly made up laws that make no sense whatsoever.

After his highly acclaimed performance of Old Herbaceous, Giles Shenton returns to The Cygnet Theatre with another “exceptional” one-man play called My Dog’s Got No Nose. Being billed as a comedy, and the title it has, understates what is, in fact, a wonderful piece of theatre. This national touring production, produced by Kick In The Head (Old Herbaceous, Fagin?, Heroes), has been stunning audiences since February 2017. Written by the well-known actor, director and playwright, Ron Aldridge, My Dog’s Got No Nose takes us on a journey into the life of a middle-aged man whose one ambition in...

Bombshell premiered at the Edinburgh Festival’s Gilded Balloon last August and is her most political show yet. The tour starts on 1 March and includes a performance at Exeter's Bike Shed Theatre on 18 March.

Some say she oscillates wildly between Sylvia Plath & Beyonce, “like Belva Lockwood fused with your drunken Aunt.” (Edinburgh 49+3) Tiff says she’s very very funny and a right old smarty-pants. She also says she’s very, very, very modest.

So the world is on...
