Eros and Psyche

From raunchy to poetic, sacred to profane, pioneering performance storyteller Sally-Pomme Clayton recreates the myth of Eros and Psyche in spoken word and living sound. Tickets £10.

Horrible Histories: Awful Egyptians & Terrible Tudors

We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is everyone is dead! So it’s time to prepare yourselves for two amazing shows with Horrible Histories live on stage! Rolling Back the Years
Friday, Barnfield Theatre, Exeter 
The Ultimate feel good show! Join the cast of ‘Rolling Back The Years’ as they take you on a roller coaster ride of music, dance and laughter through the 1950’s, 60’s, 70’s and more. Shows at 2.30pm & 7.30pm in the Auditorium.  Tickets £16 (£15).


Nick Mulvey
Saturday, Exeter Phoenix
Having sold out London’s Royal Albert Hall earlier this year performing as a trio, Nick will head out solo in September on an initial 18-date run at much more intimate spaces across the UK and Ireland, including towns that Nick has never previously performed at. These shows bring the evolution of Nick’s touring of his second album, Wake Up Now, on a full circle journey from five-piece, to trio, and now right back to just Nick and his guitar.

Charity concert
Saturday, 7.30pm, Southernhay United Reformed Church, Exeter 
A rising star of the operatic world, Bulgarian mezzo-soprano Svetlina Stoyanova, will be coming to Exeter at the end of the month to take part in a special charity concert in aid of UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund.   Tickets are available in advance from Exeter Northcott Theatre Box Office on 01392 726363, or on the door. 

Country Superstars Experience
Saturday, 7.30pm, Exmouth Pavilion
This unique Ultimate Country Concert is hosted by Sarah Jayne who has been performing as Dolly Parton Celebrating 25 years as Europe’s Leading Tribute to the Queen of Country - Dolly Parton. A must see for any fans of Country Music!

Apple day at Elbury Farm Orchard
Saturday, 2pm, Elbury Farm, Broadclyst EX5 3BH
Help to gather apples to chop and press to make delicious fresh fruit juice. Bring a container and take some home. 2pm-4pm. No dogs, wellies advised. Free event, no booking required.

The Breakfast Run
