Jo Loosemore and Sarah Chesters from BBC Radio Devon’s Potting Shed programme (Sundays from 9-12) will be part of Toby Buckland’s 2016 Garden Festival.

Over the years this popular BBC Radio Devon programme has helped gardeners and gardens all over the county.

It invites listeners to ring, write, email and text in with garden queries and questions. Sarah Chesters from RHS Rosemoor gives expert advice and answers. The two presenters will be offering gardening Q & A sessions on Saturday 30th April in the tea tent during four sessions between 11am - 4pm

We’re so pleased to be a part of Toby’s festival and bring a taste of BBC Radio Devon’s Potting Shed to it,” says Jo Loosemore, BBC Radio Devon. “Over the years our Sunday morning gardening programme has helped people all over the county to grow and shape their gardens. Local gardeners have taught us a lot too, so we look forward to more questions and more answers this weekend.”

Sarah Chesters has also offered to identify plants as long as they are brought in a sealed, clear plastic bag to avert contamination issues. She adds. “I love being able to give plant and gardening advice, or help sort out a problem and of course it’s always interesting to hear about other people’s gardens. If you bring any unidentified plants for identification, please bring them in a sealed, clear plastic bag.”

Come and meet them at the festival in our fabulous tea tent.

Jo and Sarah will be offering gardening Q&A sessions on Saturday 30th in the tea tent four sessions between 11am-4pm at 11-11.30, 12-1, 2-3 and 3.30-4pm
