Dino Jeeps launches at Devon’s Crealy

Local media and their families were invited to Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park for the official launch of Dino Jeeps, the grand finale of the five new rides for the Park in their 25th Anniversary Year.

Dino Jeeps, an exciting new ride which takes guests on a Jurassic journey through the realms of time back when dinosaurs walked the earth, was officially opened by the Down family.

The brand new attraction, launched for May half term, gives intrepid explorers and dinosaur fanatics the chance to get up close and meet prehistoric friends including the roaring T-Rex, mischievous Stegosaurus and clever Velociraptor in the land that time forgot.

Guests at the official launch were treated to an exciting expedition through the Jurassic Jungle, with prehistoric Dino friends providing a surprise at every turn. 

To commemorate the Park’s 25th Anniversary and the opening of Dino Jeeps, members of local media were invited to add a token item to a time capsule which was buried on the Dino Jeeps site.

The time capsule, which will be buried for 25 years and dug up during Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park’s 50th Anniversary in 2039, included mementos from the Express & Echo, Western Morning News, Heart FM, Radio Exe, Exmouth Journal, Devon Life, Herald Express, Mid Devon Advertiser and the Dawlish Gazette.
