You might have heard of singing for your supper, but how about cycling for your smoothies?

This is just one of the surprises awaiting you at stalls 58,59 and 60 at the Exeter Green Fair in Exeter Cathedral Green this Saturday, the 3rd of September.

Following a very successful appearance at last years Fair (when everything was sold out way before the end of the day - don't worry, there will be plenty for everyone this year) Master Choy and Crhisine Chin of the Rainbow Tai Chi School, in Ashburton are bringing not one but three stalls to the fair. You will find them easily as there will be three Geodesic Domes offering not only delicious Spring Rolls, Pizza, cakes and green smoothies, live music and chi healing will also be  available.

The Rainbow Tai Chi stands are truly green as they will be uniquely powered by bicycle, which has to be seen to be believed!

Master Choy has been practicing and teaching for more than 40 years. He is a highly skilled teacher, having trained with the best teachers in China and India. He trained with 7 Grandmasters inclluding Grandmaster Ming Pang in China, founder of Zhineng Chi Kung and what is known as the world's first medicine-less hospital heping more than 10 million people to learn chi self healing. Master Choy was given the title of Master by Tai Chi Grandmaster Chen after teaching more than 30,000 student. He is founder of the Rainbow Tai Chi School in Devon and is author of "15 Ways to a Happier You" and "37 Steps to Happiness, with an introduction to Aqua Tai Chi".

For those who are interested in learning more about the Joyful Style of  Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung, the Tao of Chi Healing, Happiness and Rejuvenation, there is also the opportunity to take part in a workshop which takes place in Exeter Community Centre on Saturday and Sunday, the 1st and 2nd of October.
