Exeter Junior School pupils are proud to contribute to Young Devon Art and raise money for charity in the process.

Pupils at the independent co-education school created pictures based on the theme 'What makes me happy' for the Young Devon Art Exhibition in aid of Cancer Research as part of the school's Art Club. They each donated £2 for the cancer charity alongside their artwork.

Nine members of Exeter Junior School's Art Club are celebrating the selection of their artwork to go on show at The Spanish Barn, Torre Abbey in Torquay throughout the weekend 3 - 4 March.

Well done to Nathan Masters, Grace Golsworthy, Zoe Carson, Anna Brookes-Ferrari, Grace Stevenson, Poppy Sadeghi, Daisy Brough, Freddie Cann and Sebastian Bosch for the inclusion of their artwork in the exhibition.

An extra special well done to Sebastian who also received a highly commended prize for his entry.

Art Coordinator Claire Handley said: "The lovely part about participating in this event was not only seeing their wonderful creations raising money for such a worthwhile cause, but also listening to them explain and describe what makes them so happy."
