New associate joins Everys

Dispute resolution expert Simon Bean has joined Everys Solicitors in Exeter to enhance its strong litigation team.

A former head of dispute resolution, Mr Bean joined Everys from Dyne Drewett in Somerset having previously worked at Michelmores, where he undertook and developed specialist experience in all types of employment work, debt recovery and commercial disputes, including disputes between directors, shareholders, partnership disputes, contractual issues and professional negligence claims. Mr
Bean also has experience in intellectual property disputes and defamation.

He will join Gay Cherryson and Stephen Clegg as part of the litigation and dispute team that will serve individual and corporate needs, including those of the region’s agricultural business community.
