Nathan joins Newton Print as Head of Sales and Customer Service

NATHAN Besley has recently been appointed as Head of Sales and Customer Service at an award-winning, family-run, printed packaging company in Devon (June 2021).

Nathan’s role involves overseeing daily interactions with key accounts and new clients for Newton Print Ltd, which assists artisan, start-up and SME food/drink businesses perfect their on-pack identity and presence.

He said: “What I enjoy most about my new role is building valuable and long-lasting relationships with clients. A key motivator for me is the knowledge that clients can place their trust in us, to not just meet, but exceed their expectations every time.

“I also thrive on problem solving and being able to unravel customers’ challenges. Each project is very different and we’ve found our niche in creative packaging.”

Nathan’s duties include dealing with existing customer queries, quoting and pricing, project coordination, following up and obtaining client feedback and visiting customers.

Prior to joining Newton Print, he worked as a Customer Service Manager at Southfield Windows where he dealt with after sales issues, managed their service engineer schedules and successfully completed a certified training course in customer service.

Devon born and bred, in his spare time Nathan enjoys reading, playing guitar and outdoor pursuits such as hiking in the countryside and swimming. He also likes the challenge of cooking with charcoal/wood and making woodfired pizza.
