The Family Law Company, the largest family law specialist in the South West, has announced Kerry England has joined the team as Marketing Manager. Kerry comes to the company with extensive experience of the legal sector in the region.

She has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, along with content creation and social media management, and was part of an award-winning marketing team at a south west regional law firm prior to joining The Family Law Company.

Kerry has worked within law for 15 years, starting her career as a legal secretary for a personal injury team before being given the opportunity to branch out into marketing where she found her niche.

In her new role Kerry will be using her experience innovatively to support The Family Law Company as it moves into the next stage of its development as the ‘go to’ specialist for all areas of family law, from divorce and finance to unmarried couples and international abduction.

“Kerry is in tune with our ethos and a great fit for our team,” said Rachel Buckley, Business Development Director for The Family Law Company. “We are very happy to welcome Kerry to the company; her skill set will help to grow the strength of our brand locally and further afield.”

As Marketing Manager Kerry will be responsible for all offline and online strategies, internal and external communications and integrated marketing campaigns.

She said: “Throughout my career I have worked to promote a broad range of law, from corporate finance and intellectual property to inheritance and trust disputes.

“This new role allows me to focus on one area, family law. As my own family life is important to me, I am delighted to be working with a law firm that exists to help families through difficult times. Family law requires an element of empathy and emotion that isn’t necessarily true of other types of law.”

In her spare time, mum of two Kerry is also secretary of charity Exeter SANDS, Stillborn and Neonatal Death Society, a charity that works to reduce the number of babies dying and to improve care and support for anyone affected by the death of a baby.
