City contract cleaning company, Exeter Cleaning has launched a new website aimed at shedding light on its contract cleaning service. The company, based in Broadclyst, made the announcement during popular social media event #DevonHour.

Exeter Cleaning’s new site at http://www.exeterofficecleaning.co.uk will become the hub for the company’s professional specialist services which include offices, medical and food handling businesses.

Speaking about the new site, Exeter Cleaning’s Mark Walker said “Clients tend to like us to work when there is nobody else about, so while there are some places where we are seen because we clean during ‘normal office hours’, most of our work is done quietly when everyone else has left. For us, that means that although we have been cleaning in Exeter’s offices – from accountants to charities to doctor’s surgeries – for years, we are often invisible to new clients!

“We have done a lot of work over the years to make sure that our staff wear smart uniforms and we have branded vehicles - hopefully the new website will let more people know about what we do to help Exeter’s businesses operate in clean, healthy environments.”

As part of their new online approach, Exeter Cleaning has been active on social media including successful Facebook and Twitter accounts. On Facebook, they have also been running competitions including supporting local charities with donations. Previous winners have chosen donations to go to charities including Samaritans Exeter and Devon Air Ambulance. The current competition, for a £100 donation to an Exeter charity, runs until 31 August – more details at http://www.facebook.com/ExeterCleaning
