Eighth wine tasting event to raise money for Families for Children

The latest in a long-standing series of wine tasting events has been announced by law firm Michelmores.

The eighth Michelmores Charity Wine Tasting, which includes hints, tips and guidance on featured handcrafted wines by experts from Tavistock based Charles Steevenson Wines, will be raising funds for adoption charity, Families for Children.

Michelmores Marketing Director, Louise Edwards, said: “Families for Children has been our chosen charity for this year and we have raised funds for them in a variety of ways including our annual charity run which is now in its 13th year.

“Our popular wine tasting event doesn’t go back quite that far but now it’s in its eighth year, it is very well established in Exeter's social event calendar. We still have the capacity to accommodate more wine lovers so any one interested should contact Sarah Coleman at Michelmores.

The Michelmores Charity Wine Tasting, which aims to raise over £1000 for Families for Children takes place at Woodwater House on Thursday 1 November from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.  Tickets are £10 with proceeds going to Families for Children and are available by calling Sarah Coleman on 01392 687479 or mailing sarah.coleman@michelmores.co.uk
