Business centres offer free office space for 2014

Two of Exeter’s business centres are offering free managed office space for three months to welcome in 2014.

Both Matford Business Centre and Sowton Business & Technology Centre are offering three months free rentals to new customers that sign up for a 12 month contract.

New tenants have to sign up no later than January 1, 2014, to take advantage of this offer.

Both business centres benefit from secretarial call answering facilities and postal services, as well as meeting rooms and board rooms that complement a choice of single offices and office suites.

Matford Business Centre and Sowton Business & Technology Centre also offer 24/7 access, stringent security, high speed Internet access, telephones and telephone lines, online data backup and server hosting facilities to complete a stress-free, efficient serviced office package.
