Virtual Jet Centre flying high

VIRTUAL Jet Centre staff are celebrating a hat trick of award nominations and becoming finalists in two of Devon’s most prestigious Business Awards.

The Chudleigh-based company are through in the Express and Echo Awards in the Entrepreneur of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility categories.

They are also finalists in the Herald Express Business Excellence Awards in the category of Most Innovative Company.

The Virtual Jet Centre was founded by experienced pilot Captain Andy Wilkins who flew for Thomson Airways for nearly 20 years, on both Airbus and Boeing Aircraft.

Their Boeing 737-800 NGX Simulator was custom built by Andy and a team of technicians to create a simulator that handles and performs like the real aircraft. From that they train pilots at all levels of experience and offer flying experiences to the public too.

A Fear of Flying course and bespoke team building exercises are among the innovative cache of training sessions available. For more information visit the website on www.virtualjetcentre.co.uk
