UK Top 100 Construction Consultancy acquire Civil and Structural Engineering Counterpart

One of the UK’s leading construction consultancies, Bailey Partnership, has acquired 16 strong, Exeter-based BSW Consulting, a long established Civil and Structural Engineering practice from Parkwood Group.

Bailey Partnership is a UK top 100 consultancy with four offices across the South in Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol and Sevenoaks and currently employs over 90 people. 

The transaction adds the full range of civil and structural engineering services to Bailey Partnership’s offering and further strengthens and enhances its position as a sector leader and broadens and adds further diversity to its client base across the Public and Private sectors. 

Bailey Partnership  is confident that the combination of the two teams will open up new markets and opportunities for them both whilst further ensuring effective and coordinated project delivery from inception through to completion.
