
Redrow Homes expands its senior team to meet increasing demand across the West Country
Redrow Homes has expanded its senior team with three new appointments in the region to meet the increasing demand across their developments.
David Cook started at Redrow in March this year as commercial director. David’s been involved in the housing industry since leaving school and joins Redrow from Barratt Homes where he was commercial manager.
“We have many new sites in the pipeline which I’m excited to be involved with right from the beginning of the process”, says David. “Redrow has always been on my radar as it’s great to come on board at this stage of my career, it’s a great company to work for.”
Andy Holder joined Redrow in May as chief quantity surveyor having spent the past four years as commercial manager at Gallifordtry Partnerships.
Andy said: “I’m excited to continue to immerse myself in the role. I’ve settled in really well and the people in the team are great.”

Finally, Simon Andrews joined the team in May as an area construction manager at Redrow West Country. Originally from Dorset and having spent the past 18 years with McCarthy & Stone, Simon has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and will be an asset to the team.
Simon said: “The quality of Redrow homes and design really stands out for me in the market.”
