
BFES secures M&E contract with Kier for Devon leisure park development
Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd are delighted to be currently delivering the mechanical and electrical contract for Phase 1 of the new development at Finlake Leisure Park near Exeter, Devon. The project was successfully secured working in direct partnership with Kier Construction Western & Wales regional team based in their Plymouth office.
The site is owned by the Haulfryn Group, who provide holiday home accommodation and residential parks in the South West and South East England. The project focuses on leisure facilities including an indoor pool, gymnasium, exercise class facilities, sauna, steam room and changing space. Services being installed include all mechanical, electrical and public health systems.
This project is the first contract success for Briggs & Forrester’s recently opened South West office in Exeter.

The new facility is due for completion in September 2017.
