Temporary lights overnight on Bridge Road

Temporary traffic lights will be introduced overnight on Bridge Road in Exeter from 11pm this evening (Wednesday 9 November) until 5am tomorrow morning (Thursday 10 November).

The temporary signals are needed to allow the contractor working space to undertake coring work for foundations of new lighting columns on the downstream side of Countess Wear Bridge.

The road will temporarily be reduced to one lane while the traffic lights are in place, and therefore anyone travelling on Bridge Road at that time should expect minor delays.
