People living in and near West Hill can call in at the village hall on Tuesday 3rd May to discuss a range of legal matters for free over tea, coffee and cake.

Staff from East Devon law firm Beviss & Beckingsale will be holding an informal legal surgery from 10am until midday. There’s no need to pre-book - simply pop in for advice from an experienced and friendly team.

Partner Zoe Gaitskell, who specialises in family law, says, “We want people to be able to access our services as easily as possible so we have decided to take our solicitors to them. I’ll be joining my colleagues Richard Glanville, Sanjeev Harash, Robert Mitchell and Emma Northover. We hope local residents will take full advantage of the opportunity to have a chat with us.”

The team will be on hand to advise on Residential and Commercial Property; Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney; Pre-Nups, Cohabitation Agreements, Divorce and Child Contact matters; Dispute Resolution, including Inheritance and Property Disputes.

Those who can’t go along on the day, who would like to find out more about the services Beviss & Beckingsale offers, can contact Lucy Bandyszewska in the Honiton office on 01404 548050.
