Energy Hair launches new salon with Keune training facility

The drinks were flowing at Energy Hair on Friday 22nd November, to celebrate the highly anticipated launch of their extended luxurious salon at Topsham-based Darts Farm. After six weeks of extensive refurbishment this sparkling new modern salon with 12 additional stations for clients and a purpose-built Keune training and education area was unveiled to over 150 of Energy’s loyal customers, contractors, business partners, friends and family.

Commenting on the launch, Nathan Plumridge owner of Energy Hair says: “We’re absolutely delighted with the results of the renovation. It’s been hard work but with our amazing team of builders, contractors and staff we have managed to pull this off and make this a worthwhile investment.” Nathan continues: “We’re proud that Energy is now one of the largest hair salons in the UK and delighted to work with internationally acclaimed Keune who will work with us to educate up to 1000 delegates each year. The launch was a great opportunity to celebrate and thank not only those involved in the build but most importantly our incredible clients and also show off this beautiful new space!”

Acoustic guitarist Daniel Drew kickstarted the party and guests were treated to an array of delicious canapés from Darts Farm and local drinks and cocktails to celebrate in style, from Salcombe Gin, Luscombe Drinks, Salcombe Brewery and Two Drifers Spiced Rum.

Recently ‘Commended’ at the prestigious NHF Business Awards in ‘Best Independent Hair Salon’, Energy Hair is passionate about supporting the local community and has recently recruited two new stylists, one front of house and three new assistants bringing the total number of staff in the salon to 35. A further two or three stylists will be recruited during 2020.
