Help for Heroes is set to benefit from £2,456 raised by local legal firm Stephens Scown following fundraising over the last 12 months.

Fundraising events included cake bake sales, dress down days, quiz nights and a Wimbledon themed night. Robert Camp, Managing Partner of Stephens Scown, said: “Help for Heroes is our firm-wide charity which staff voted for and which we have been supporting for the last few years. We are delighted to be giving our time and efforts for such a positive cause that does so much for our servicemen and women.”

Clare Hutton, Help for Heroes’ Volunteer County Co-ordinator for Devon, added: “We rely on funds raised by local people and businesses to enable us to continue our work and we’re really grateful to Stephens Scown for all their efforts and hard work in raising these funds. The money raised goes towards supporting our work across Devon and Cornwall and makes a real difference to the services we provide.”

Stephens Scown has over 40 partners and 230 staff across its offices in Exeter, Truro and St Austell. For more information visit www.stephens-scown.co.uk
