A leading property consultancy has made a senior promotion at its Exeter office as part of the firm’s ongoing growth.

Fisher German has promoted Stephanie Christensen, who is part of the firm’s valuation team, to senior surveyor.

Stephanie specialises in the valuation of rural and residential properties for purposes including taxation, secured lending and estate planning matters.

She originally joined Fisher German’s Stafford office as a graduate in 2017 before relocating to the firm’s Exeter office, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

The promotion marks another success for the Exeter office, which has already doubled in size since opening in 2020 as the firm continues to strengthen its presence in the South West.

Fisher German has made a total of 54 promotions across its 25 offices, including one partner promotion and seven progressions within the partnership, as part of its career progression framework, which gives employees a clear pathway to advance within the business.

Stephanie said: “I feel like I’ve really pushed on in the role since joining Fisher German and it feels wonderful for this to be reflected through a promotion.

“Being at Fisher German is great as they reward the combination of talent and work ethic when it’s clearly seen in a person, which speaks volumes for them as an employer.

“The Exeter office is closely associated with the progression of the business on a national level. We’re collaborating business-wide with other offices across the firm and are continuing to successfully win new work.

“It’s an exciting time for Fisher German and I look forward to playing my part in our continued growth.”

Fisher German Senior Partner Duncan Bedhall said: “I would like to congratulate all of those within the firm who have received promotions.

“The high number that have been awarded is recognition of our continued growth and the success of our career progression framework, which gives all colleagues an opportunity to advance in the firm if they aspire to do so.

“I am confident that this success will continue moving forward as we are awarded an increasing number of contracts by both new and existing clients and we are looking ahead to some exciting new projects on the horizon.”
