The Exmouth Players are holding auditions for their production of “The Titfield Thunderbolt”, a comedy by Philip Goulding, at The Blackmore Theatre, Bicton Street, on Sunday, 26th March 2017 starting at 3.00pm.
The play itself will run from Monday 3rd through to Saturday 8th July, including a Saturday matinee.
These auditions are open to you all. You don’t have to be a member of The Exmouth Players or even have acted before. Simply pop along and enjoy the occasion.
The residents of Titfield, finding they are about to lose the branch railway, decide to buy the railway and run it themselves. However, they have to persuade the railway authorities they are competent to do so, and also compete against a planned bus service.
There are numerous parts to cast. All ages are welcomed.
Scripts can be collected from the Green Room at The Blackmore Theatre from 7.30pm this Friday evening on a loan and return basis.
If you are unable to attend on Sunday but wish to be considered, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and leave your contact details. Nick Lawrence (Director), will then call you back.
