Cocktails For Two (7pm)

Natasha Howard

After a sell-out show ‘The girls of the globe’ at The Bike Shed Theatre’s ‘From Devon With Love’ festival last year, Natasha Ayton Way returns with her brand new play ‘Cocktails For Two’.
A highly accessible and hugely entertaining one woman show that celebrates some of the world’s most memorable characters and playwrights with live musical accompaniment by India Electric Co. From Noel Coward to Bernard-Shaw, Tenasse Williams to Willy Russel, this one-woman performance is filled with iconic plays, iconic speeches and iconic Women. What better way to indulge in a cocktail or two...

Ensuite (8.15pm)

Hugh McCann

I’ve left home, and I’m sat in the sink, which I sit in most days. Jo’s sat in the shower going all bohemian and I’m listening and learning. We discuss fashion and Francis Bacon and how aliens built the pyramids. And then it suddenly dawns on me, I’m sat in a sink with some guy out of my head, while he get into my head about the fractal nature of civilization, and I’ve been in this sink for months. So I did a play about how I ended up here.
Ensuite is a story about saying goodbye to childhood, realising your still in childhood and then repeatedly trying to say goodbye again. There’s decadence, part baked baguettes, and everything in between.

Hugh McCann has performed in New Model Theatre’s Static, described by the Guardian as ‘a sterling performance, and ‘a riveting performance’ by Exeunt Magazine.
