Every Monday - The Monday Mash Up with resident DJs Victory Rd. The number one student night, 10pm-late

Every Tuesday – Café Sobroso.  Salsa, Samba and Merengue with DJ Ricardo. Come along to one of Exeter's longest running salsa nights and see how they party on the continent, 7.30pm-1.30am, free entry all night.

Every Wednesday – Legends. The Timepiece is taken over by the students of Exeter University.  Legendary tunes from any era in the main room; get down to the very latest R&B flavas with DJ JSR, 9pm-1.30am.

Every Thursday – Scandalous. Exeter's longest running R&B night continues to deliver the freshest and best tunes around.  10pm-2pm, drinks promotions.

Every Friday – Collision. The South West's longest running indie club night. DJ Tezza and guests warm things up by playing the newest releases before mixing up the best of current and classic indie/alternative dance floor tunes.  Expect everything the best in new, current & classic indie/alternative dance floor tunes from classic guitar anthems to electro remixes!

Every Saturday – Mr Onions presents Wobble, the big Saturday night mix up. Hold It Down's head honcho DJ H lets rip, dropping everything anything from R&B to Indie, jazz to pop, funk to rock, drum and bass to house, in fact nothing is excluded. 10pm-2pm.

Every Sunday – Worldbeat. Latin salsa, afro beat, Spanish, Arabic, reggae and more with DJ Ricardo, 8pm-1.30am, free entry.
