Let us present The Spooky Men's Chorale with support Lucy Wise.

Wave goodbye to choirs as you know them. This one is a macho juggernaut -zany, black-clad, big as a behemoth and show-stoppingly good. Sounding as sacred as a high church choir one minute; wickedly off the wall the next. Following their triumphant UK tours in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011

The Spooky Men’s Chorale will leave their native New South Wales to embark on their fourth tour of England, Scotland and Wales when they will regale Spooky veterans and virgins alike with rib-tickling (sometimes heart-rending) original compositions and eloquent arrangements by the inspired antipodean choral impresario, Stephen Taberner.

Compellingly comic they may be but make no mistake, this is a class act. Pitch perfect harmonies, theatrical delivery, savvy lyrics, imaginations that run riot and men who really can multi-task! With a close harmony sound variously described as “sexy, powerful., impossibly gentle and sad but unmistakably male” their repertoire ranges from Georgian style chants to a capella ballads, spiky political jabs, Cole Porter’s Every Time We Say Goodbye, hilarious spoofs of Queen’s Flash and Earth, Wind & Fire’s Boogie Wonderland and the funniest version of Abba’s Dancing Queen your ears are likely to hear.

Tickets are £17.00 per adult.
