There’s always so much going on with the approach to Christmas, but EFC is getting in early with a lovely assortment of musical treats to be had on Wednesday evening, 11 December, at St David’s Church in Exeter.

There’ll be everything from the familiar to the less well-known, from the serious to the light-hearted, from the mediaeval to the modern – all to celebrate the great festive traditions of Christmas. There’ll also be plenty of opportunity for the audience to join in the fun and the carols, and lend an ear to spoken interludes. And, of course, the seasonal refreshments include mulled wine and home-made mince pies.

Composers include Sweelinck, Biebl, Tanner, Whitacre, Rutter and Lauridsen — together with arrangements of well-known carols by Willcocks, Rutter, Gardner and Ogden, plus some jazzy items!

Come and join the choir in a Christmas medley not to be missed!

Tickets £18 adult, £5 student, £1 accompanied child.
