"DJJD cut his clubbing teeth at the legendary Manchester institution Tangled and quickly got into the emerging nuskool breaks sound. After moving to Exeter in 2001 he got on board with Soundcheck (now Jam The Channel) and could be found skallying around at the excellent Beatz & Bobz.

JD was resident at Ape with Ben and Lex welcoming guests from around the UK and later joined the band The Thujones - programming beats, twiddling synthesisers and scratching, with gigs at Aeon festival, JTC, Gobstopper, Hold It Down, Majik Bullet Theory, Quirk UK to US, Manchester and We Have Fun, London. With an eclectic taste in music from chill out to gabba - JD’s other projects include Charity Chop Sound System playing as DJ Rummage.
