Come rain or shine, Redrow is inviting homebuyers to put some wellies on this weekend (Saturday 1st October) to view exciting progress at the award-winning house builder’s new site, The Copse on Shutterton Lane, Dawlish.

Visitors are invited to slip on some wellies and don a Redrow hard hat for a sneak preview of The Copse, which is just two miles from Dawlish Warren. There is currently a selection of three and four bedroom homes available to buy off-plan, and for the first time ‘Wellies On’ visitors will be able to envisage exactly where their dream new home could be. Homes available at The Copse are from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, which combines the very best of traditional values and modern living, with superb external architecture and open plan, family- friendly interiors.

From 11am – 4pm, ‘Wellies On’ visitors will have an exclusive opportunity to see areas of the site that are not usually open to visitors and enjoy a guided tour of the development.

Louise Frost, Area Sales Manager for Redrow (West Country) commented: “The ‘Wellies On’ event is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring homeowners to get a really good look at the great location our new homes at The Copse will enjoy once completed. The feedback we receive from customers is that they find these events very valuable, as they really bring the development to life in a different way to viewing a model or plan.”

Louise continued: “Eager homebuyers have already been snapping a number of properties up off-plan, so we’d encourage those interested to contact our sales centre at The Copse today.”

To confirm your attendance at the ‘Wellies On’ event or for more information about the range of properties available at The Copse, visit www.redrow.co.uk/thecopse or call the sales centre on 01626 221921 which is open 10am – 5.30pm Sunday – Friday.
