Long before art shops existed artists created their own materials to produce incredible pieces of work.

Travel back in time with us as we have a go at medieval painting using a range of natural ingredients including egg yolks, berries and charcoal! The Cathedral contains some beautiful ancient and modern artworks so why not explore this inspirational place while you’re here and see if you can find the cheeky face of a cherub and the patron saint of dentists holding pincers and a tooth!

This is a drop in workshop and so booking is not required. Suitable for children of any age. This workshop will make use of eggs. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

£3.

10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm.
