Every Monday until 1st Dec.

Meditation in the Buddhist tradition. The group will focus on learning and practising an ancient meditation technique for calming the mind and creating inner stillness and tranquility. The practice helps us to find some space in our busy lives and can form the basis for developing personal insight and understanding.

Run by experienced Buddhist practitioners, each session last for approximately 30 minutes with time for discussion afterwards. The group is ‘drop in’ so feel free to come by each week or just from time to time.
For those who develop an interest in Buddhism there is also a Tuesday evening group that provides an introduction to Buddhist teachings alongside the meditation practice.

Cost: £3 (£1 concessions).

Location: Notaries House [Go to Bedford Street in the Princesshay and look for Café Rouge and Strada (now Jamie's) restaurants. Look between them and we are straight ahead down the steps.
